Not much choice anymore here, lighting looks drab walking in. Never seem to be able to find someone on the Estée Lauder counter or Clinique . A member of staff was having difficulty with scanner , the line up was big, no social distancing. After a long wait a member of staff mentioned about another till on the other side of the shop. Shame it used be a nice place with plenty to choose from.

Some good deals on kids toys if you can face Xmas shopping. Restraint floor filthy and watched the girl clear cups etc off the tables but didn't wipe them down, hence no 5th star!

Arrived at the front to be greeted with dirty tray's to collect your food on. Sat down with dirty seats and dirty floor's under the tables. Food was nice after over a 30 minute wait, staff are friendly and pleasant. There was constantly a queue at the counter but was reasonable.

The service in the restraunt was really good and the staff did exerlant in the sicial distancing.
