Took my own cup for a drink and girl sales assistant only awarded me one reward. At first didn't want to know, seemed like my custom was am inconvenience to her.

Stopped for a coffee while out shopping. This branch has got to be one of the friendliest we've ever been in! It was very busy, but the staff still had time for us (I have severe allergies). Thank you 😊

I'm in most days! The staff are all lovely and friendly! And always really helpful. And remember my order! Also it's great to see a company doing more Gluten free snacks aswell.

It's a coffee shop. It sells the essential life blood known as coffee.
Coffees good, just expect to stick to most seats. Its always busy and always under staffed, but the staff know what they are doing so the queue does move well. Take your own cup and get it to take away and alls good.
At time of writing, If using the Costa app band you take your own cup, every 5th coffee is free!

Clean environment, but staff needed to be more proactive in clearing tables, proberbly could do with extra staff member for clearing tables. Staff welcoming and kept queue moving. Toilets clean and tidy.

Love the new beans system on the Costa App. Got myself a lovely blackforest hot chocolate and was served by a very kind worker at Bolton

Had to finally go and get my annual Christmas drink. Sat outside and felt quite save and happy, service was friendly and efficient. I had a chocolate orange but the flavouring was a bit weak. Were as the mint chocolate had a more intense flavour. Still nice though.

Lovely new store that opened today. Nice to see the changes but even nicer to see the usual staff who are always cheerful, accommodating and more than helpful.
