Would have been 5 star had a meal in the upstairs cafeteria food good staff very friendly Only probably knifes & forks 🍴 not very clean the container the was kept in no different.

Quick shopping trip for school uniform, as they had a huge range an most sizes. The clothes for adults an children was amazing with lots of sizing options. The food hall is large an a great variety of produce. Staff were friendly. There is a lot of parking space outside the shop, with disablied bays an parent bays. A cafe inside too.

Was helped in store last week by a man called Tony who was absolutely amazing! I’d pre-ordered a suit for my sons prom and it wasn’t exactly what we were after for an 18 year old. Tony appeared and completely sorted the situation out. We left with a stylish 3 piece suit, the correct shirt and a selection of ties. My son also wants to put a shout out for Tony - ‘He’s the meta’ apparently!

Used bra fitting service on Sat 24th June. Sue was excellent, very knowledgeable most professional and great customer service. A real asset to Marks and Spencer. Will defo use the service again when travelling from/to Scotland.

All ok with M&S apart from on Sunday are no tills working before 11am. You literally need to spend 30mins shopping before they open tills. Whatta shame :(

Great store compared to city centre one's. Watch out when you come out, you're probably the other side of where you left your car, the trolley guy laughed at us, he said every day he sees the meerkat look when people pop-up their heads looking for their car 😊

I always love shopping in M&S, got a variety of goods and reasonable priced clothing.

Nice M&S store, very clean with lots of space around the clothes section and food hall. The cafe on the upper floor had a long queue to order drinks, but once at the till, the young lady working very hard to serve was extremely polite and friendly. Only one till being used at a time 🤔
No clean plates to put a fruit scone on, had to ask a member of staff for this. Plenty of cutlery to select from and the odd clean table around the seating area. Will return but at a less busy time of day.

Went for a bra fitting. Lucy G who helped was brilliant. Advised on all the right bras to wear and what to avoid . Tried a few on so I had an idea on what to get...I bought 3 after my fitting and went and got another couple the day after.. Anyone wanting a bra fitting I can highly recommend going here..Also on another note, the cafe upstairs is fab too 😊 X
