Lovely breakfast today with my mum here. We had poached eggs off their new menu which was delicious. Nice peaceful atmosphere!! We have never been to this particular branch but will be going again very soon. The manageress was lovely too and we wish you all the success. Thank you!

Amazing experience today at Patisserie Valerie ! Took my 2 nieces for Afternoon Tea, 9 and 11 and they absolutely loved it. Paula the manager could not be more accommodating. Will 100% recommend and will be returning myself very soon.

Great for taking some time out. Have had their lunches in the past which were reasonable value and had the afternoon tea with a group of friends today. 20 for 2. Get selection of cakes, scones, quiche and 4 types of mini sandwiches, plus a wide range of loose leaf teas. I think it was good value and able to take home any leftovers.

Went here for afternoon tea with mum we had a voucher we were greeted straight away offered a booth seat even though it was just the 2 of us so my wheelchair was out of the way of other customers & i had a comfortable place to sit. our server explained all about how they do their afternoon tea explained that all hot drinks on the menu were included & we could have as many as we liked however any other drinks from the menu would be extra he took our drinks order i had the raspberry smoothie which was so nice. He told us that it would be around 20minutes from ordering untill they brought out the food element of the afternoon tea we explained about a food allergy he made the time to check exactly what they needed to do & went through all the changes they were doing so we knew they were right he then asked the manager to come over to double check everything with us very through. Our drinks took around 5 minutes to arrive which was good considering the place was 2/3 full & they were making my smoothie from scratch. It was around 15 minutes from ordering untill the afternoon tea was brought to our table there is a great selection of sandwiches & a mini cheese & oinion quiche each mum said it was lovley it was served warm. The 4 scones 2 plain 2 fruit were also served warm however the member of staff who prepared them had over worked the dough or heated them up too much as the inside was extreamly tough it was difficult to get a knife through, ultimately was not great to eat. There are a good selection of jam served in little sealed pots with enough in each to do 3 scones generously & a good size tub of clotted cream. I love that the cakes served with the afternoon tea are mini cakes meaning you can try a selection of different yummy cakes all were lovley & the presentation of the afternoon tea on the cake stand was Wonderful. The staff were great they came over asking if we needed any drinks & if everything was ok the right amount of times mum had some more tea when it arrived it was loose tea in a holder in the pot which is something we have never seen before i ordered a hot chocolate when it was brought to our table the cream had been missed off the top the lady serving noticed straight away appolagised & said she would get it fixed for me right away i asked if i could possibly place a cube of sugar into the hot chocolate before she took it to be fixed this turned out to be a fantastic thing i had hot chocolate that was to my liking (sweetness wise) & i didnt have to disturb the cream and chocolate dusted top too much as the spoon was already in the cup all i had to do was take it out and drink i have to say probably the best hot chocolate i have had when i go back i will definatly be asking for sugar to be put into the cup of hot chocolate before the cream is added. We said we would definatly be going back for another afternoon tea as was great for £20 for 2 but mabe get someone else to drive us there so we could add a glass of prosecco each for an extra £5. We also said we would go back & try items off the main menu which looked yummy one thing i will say that the prices are not what you would find in a cafe at a supermarket but are no more expensive than any coffee shop that you find on most highstreets the food & drinks were of great quality i can not wait to try there buttermilk pancakes & do another Sunday afternoon tea with mum as they do not rush you, you can spend as long as you like having a sophisticated afternoon with great food & drinks in a lovley atmosphere with fantastic staff but what makes it is having the perfect person to share it with

Had lunch today with my Sister at Patisserie Valerie Warrington. The food was excellent, and the cakes were amazing! We were served by Sammy, who was extremely polite and very helpful. Outstanding service. Would strongly recommend a visit. Thank you, we will be back.

The cakes alone are very pricey, but we had a lovely afternoon tea offer from Groupon and it cost us £19. Unlimited tea and coffee refills and any cakes you don't eat can be boxed up for you was a nice extra touch. Air con a bit too chilly but you could probably just ask them to turn it down if it's bothering you. I highly recommend if you're in Warrington.
