I want to give all stars to a man who was working 26th 10.2023 at the services. I tried to do my washing using outside laundry machines. There was an error and my cards were declined. He was super helpful.
The machine was broken so I failed to finish my washing in the end. But I couldn't be more happy with finishing my laundry then with meeting such a genuinely helpful and kind man. Thank you so much !!!

The usual over inflated prices but a valuable put stop if you need a bathroom break or food or drink. Good luck if you need fuel, you'll certainly pay for it dearly.

This is common stop for me between Aberdeen and London. This trip my battery was dead when I returned to my car. Andrea ( employee for WHSmiths ) was extremely helpful and amazing and I cannot thank her enough as I know no one in this area. She moved her car specifically to help me jump start mine, and didn’t ask for anything in return. She’s an asset to your company.

A small service station with food, fuel, toilets and ample parking. Everything I needed, so I would be more than happy to stop here again.
However, access is weird and confusing when driving from Liverpool towards Leeds. This service station is not visible from the motorway. You have to come off the motorway going uphill at a junction and drive halfway round a roundabout first. Then you finally see it going downhill towards the motorway again.

Wonderful service- we accidently spilled a full cup of tea and the staff cleaned it all up and even offered to get us another newspaper because ours was soaking wet. The lady was concerned and asked if we had been hurt she then brought my husband another tea in replacement - all done with a smile.

Decent service station. Did a wee and got a tasty donut all for a reasonable fee. I guess the process of purchasing the donut could've been a little easier if it'd been made clearer from the outside that I would need to remember or note down the name of the donut I'd selected before taking it to the checkout.
