Unfortunately, I found the pasta to be too overcooked. Waiter and waitress that served us were very friendly and kind. Wife’s fusilli was very overcooked also and she is Italian and so used to it being cooked al dente. I wonder if we could have asked for our pasta to be cooked al dente or no?!
