Won the competition on Facebook for afternoon tea which I must say was absolutely delicious x great selection of sandwiches x beautiful fresh scones x trifle mini cakes and cupcake all were gorgeous x the staff were fantastic showed us to the table which was beautifully dressed x staff were so attentive asking if everything was ok and if we would like more tea and coffee x and even gave us a bag to take our food home that we couldn’t eat x I would recommend clays for an afternoon tea for their excellent food and service x thank you so much for a lovely afternoon xxx

Been for afternoon tea today in the cafe and I’ve got to say this is the best afternoon tea in the area! It’s all fresh homemade food and so tasty, the staff are really friendly and can’t do enough to ensure you enjoy your visit, my sister was in a wheelchair and they made sure we had plenty of space and any refills we needed. Special thank you all staff who looked after us today as they are all so polite and friendly and kept checking in on us to make sure we enjoyed it, and we did! We even got to take some home for later which was all wrapped up neatly and brought to our table. This is the second time we have been and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Thank you all x

Had breakfast in the cafe. I have to say it was excellent. Couldn't fault the food or service. Bought some hessian sacks to store our potato crop and also got some seed potato's to grow in the greenhouse for Christmas lunch.

Lots of choice cafe not open at the moment good social distance in operation.Clays now have a fantastic display of Christmas lights, trees and toys 😀about one third of the shop is dedicated to CHRISTMAS cafe is NOW open great food .Christmas is now over and the sales are now on discounts all over the shop.. Clays have a large collection of plants and garden furniture also disabled access parking and toilets no it hasn't changed but they're getting ready for CHRISTMAS 🤶 The Christmas display is fantastic better than last year

You've just got to see the Xmas displays at Clays! Great selection of any decorations you'll need. From trees to tinsel & everything in between. Great place for lunch or snacks. Merry Christmas to all

Very quiet in shop today usually heaving on a Saturday very expensive, card only at tills seems a bit odd now since covid and Xmas stuff out at start of September
