We come here regularly and this is a fab Nando’s. The staff are always helpful and polite. Food comes fast and is always warm and delicious.
Everything is always CLEAN, sauces and cutlery regularly refilled. No sticky tables 👍🏽

We have just finished eating at Nandos! Wanted to shout at the Sunday team working today (29th of Oct), including Ashvin and Monika. Some of the best customer service myself and my Mum and Dad have recieved. Kind, caring and great customer service. Keep it up! X

I love going to the Watford Nandos, the staff are very friendly and professional and food is always Yummy! We were served by Caleb and Inez yesterday and they were both soo lovely! Thank you :)

Want to say a massive thank you to Musa, who helped us when there were a group of people being boisterous and rude in the restaurant. (A party of 8 that were seated on the table right next to us). Even though he did not/could not do anything about them, he made us feel more comfortable and helped us pack all our food up and leave.

Me and my family came and were warmly greeted, and also taken care of by staff. I’d like to thank Musa for taking care of me and my family , checking up on us , and also asking how the food was/ how it could be improved. Felt very welcomed ! It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about your dine in experience! One small thing that can be improved is the music ( was non stop bass) , miss the old Nando’s jazz music 🤩

Service was a bit let down, they packed all our dine in order and then took out from packing & was served cold.
Toilets are located in a maze.

Good service. Packed to the brim on a Friday evening but thanks to the amazing staff, didn't have to wait long to get a table. Ambiance was okay and the chicken was amazing. The sauces were zingy, spicy, savory and not as hot as expected. Flavorful package overall.

After 12 years I walked into Nando, as ex restaurants Manager of Nandos I can say this store was on top of the game and it was team work.
