Had an absolutely lovely lunch yesterday with the misses and a friend at the Watford Toby
The food was spot on greedy me went for the larger option
Everything was cooked to perfection
But the icing on the cake was the waiter
An absolute top class service from this guy made our lunch even more enjoyable
Thank you we will definitely be back soon
The service, the staff are always epic at this venue, we visited Hemel Hempstead and walked out when 3 mouthfuls of meat was put on the plate, in discust, we then visited Kings Langley and they were closed as someone forgot to order the meat !!! Watford always is bang on the nail never been able to fault them and the waiter from Slovakia could not do enough to help the clients 5 start for Watford the Hemel and kings Langley branch suck big ones
We met there for a celebration of
a new baby. We were welcomed. There was great food and drinks andbthe service was wonderful. A great experience all round and the manager ensures everything went smoothly. Great value for money too. Thank you Toby Carvery
Came here for Sunday roast. Food was lovely, we were served by a lovely gentleman who was the tallest person I have ever seen! He must have been 7ft tall! Will come again and highly recommended!
Looking a little tired but had been told breakfast was excellent decided to try it. Went early and so was very quiet but excellent it was. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and delicious food. Hot too. Will definitely use again. Clearly used a lot which does show in fixtures and fittings. Looked and felt clean and looked after -
We really like it here because they have quiet areas where we can hear each other speaking. I'm hard of hearing, and suffer very badly with tinnitus, and I'm very grateful that I can request a quiet area via the booking system. The service is very good, and we like the food. It's not gourmet food, but we're not expecting that. We're getting what we're expecting.
I have visited for the first time. I have had roast pork, turkey, beef, vegetables and couldn't finish it all. It was very tasty, roast pork crispy. I have had a lovely time a and definitely will come again.
I recently organized for 48 guests to attend Toby Carvery Watford for breakfast, and I must say the service exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my special thanks to James, the manager, and Dennis, the head chef, for their outstanding efforts.
The breakfast itself was absolutely amazing, and I was pleased to see that they had taken excellent care of our vegan guests as well. The catering provided for them was top-notch.
I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their impeccable service. We had such a wonderful experience that we have already book event with them.
Once again, thank you all, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit to Toby Carvery Watford.
I have been to Toby Carvery restaurants in London before, but this one in Watford was so nice.
The service was excellent, the food portions were more than sufficient, and the selection of meats included Turkey, Beef, Pork, Gammon, and chicken. They also provided for a number of dietary requirements too.
It's a lovely place for any number of people and can cater to every occasion.
Parking and wheelchair access is never a problem.
Well worth a visit and great value for money.

Really busy, gorgeous food. Under staffed. Sat around for ages waiting for a waiter and also took longer waiting for the bill. Otherwise beautiful food
Great value for money, great quality food. Short staffed on the day but our waiter was very professional and polite, working under serious pressure
