Kingswood Cafe

Waitress was rude. Huffed when she took out order. Refused to substitute a hot drink with breakfast, overcharged me at the end. And argued when I tried to explain the right price. Forgot to give my daughter her drink had to remind her. Asked her for a knife,l as this hadn't been put on table. Forgot again. When I asked for a second time she almost threw it at the table on me. Handed our hot breakfast straight over baby's head. Will not be returning.

Not overly impressed with this cafe. Big breakfast was a little tastless with very cheap tasting food. No alternative to a free tea or coffee with the breakfast even though I don't drink either. Dont think thats fair. To top it off, tried over charging for the food we had ordered. Defo will not be visiting here again.

Used to be good. Went today and there were new staff who were pretty miserable. No pleases or thank yous.. Food took 35 mins to come for two omelettes and a plate of chips! Had to take it away instead of eating in. New staff were not at all apologetic. Will probably just use the cafe on garston parade in the future.

Ordered a Sunday roast chicken dinner with a cherry pie with custard for pudding, saves cooking for one ! Arrived on time and steaming hot. Freshly cooked and great ingredients, even saved some chicken for salad tonight. Noticed on their website that they have 5* from the local health authority, I'm not surprised, have been to the café many times and the food is gorgeous.
