Visited this place whilst travelling and made me very excited that they have a dairy free and vegan option cheese for just £1 more! I happily paid this to have the option. Toilets were clean, staff were friendly and the experience was great. Free salad with your pizza which gave that extra to the meal. No need to book and plenty of seats in comparison to some smaller ones I have previously visited. Option of lime, strawberry, cherry and vanilla options to add to your soft drinks which were refillable. Would recommend again if I was in the area!

Friendly service, quick and tasty food, and a really hassle free mobile ordering and payment system now. It only loses as star because the toilets leave a lot to be desired.

Food was great. The staff were doing very well, considering the fact that there was only one apparent waitress. The pizza was also nice. The best bit was the cookie dough for pudding. Yum! Thank you!

Too much red tape on social distancing and no salad bar. Complicated ordering online. Short staffed. Looks more like cost cutting than adhering to COVID-19 regulations

Very quite and nice place to sit and eat pizza. Three hour free parking. Lots of seating in the restaurant. Stuff are very helpful and friendly. They Dont rush you like other restaurants.

Lovely to be able to eat the legendary Pizza Hut pizzas in house. They taste so much better. The service was great, very friendly staff. Shame about the salad station not being fully stocked, but that is understandable given Brexit and this government. But apart from that a great meal and will wait to come back.

My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday. She had a few friends with her. The waiter was very friendly and patient with a bunch of indecisive teenagers. The food we ordered was lovely and everyone enjoyed it. The only downfall was other people’s children that was running riot around the place. And whom decided to to touch the salad in the salad bar with their hands. We did make the staff aware. Otherwise a good experience.

It was really busy, possibly because of it was raining, but even though the staff were busy they all kept up smile and made us feel welcome. The buffet was a bit slower than some people might expect but they can only cook a pizza so quickly
If you have a specific need (you don't like onions, you're vegan, don't eat pork etc) they can easily look after you
The manager was in the restaurant, talking to people and refilling the buffet. I think they were caught off guard by the downpour but they they coped brilliantly

I haven't had a good Pizza Hut in years, and was nervous to come in but after a day at the hospital and two hungry kids I was desperate so for it to be one of the best pizzas in a long time was a great surprise! Clean premises, well cooked pizza and happy kids!

I forgot about pizza hut buffet lunches! It was perfect for me and the kids! All fed fully for under £20!
It took me right back to my child hood!
The staff were very accommodating with us... the restaurant was clean... and we even had room for an ice cream...
Pizza places may come and go but pizza hut is No1!
I just love pizza with potato salad and bacon bits! Yum!

Enjoyed the food, the staff member who attended to us was lovely. It would have been a 5 * rating if my 2 Nieces hadn't had to wait for over 20 mins for their desert and it wasn't exactly what they asked for. However, an apology was given and an attempt was made to rectify it.
