The Spanish supervisor on the counter on Saturday morning was the most dynamic barrister and server I’ve ever seen. Making loads of coffees and serving on his own but still smile and happy. Great bloke

Pret has always been my favourite coffee shop. Love the coffee and almond croissants! The baguettes are always fresh and tasty. They now also have a new range of salads that are really tasty. Good value for money. I always go to the one in Watford as their aren't any in my neighbourhood
The placed looked clean, but the toilets were disgusting, there was no hand sanitizer anywhere in the shop, no cleaning took place while we were in the shop. We sat for a good hour, the coffee was hot but the sandwiches were not very tasty. …
They started bringing the tables in from outside and putting them in front of the table where I was sitting finishing my sandwich instead of near the ones that were empty. Basically kicked me out. Zero emotional intelligence, really disappointing
Amazing staff here - I work down the road so am here often! Amazing efficient friendly staff. Food always so fresh. Clean. Gogor was particularly helpful on a large order I had. Thanks so much!
