The food is standard McDonald's food so little to add here, on the good side service is usually fast with relatively quick wait times, and the down side this seems to be thw hang out for a few young groups and can feel intimidating at times. I've been alone and with young children and each time there appears to be something starting involving a teenage group, it's a shame because as I say the staff and service is good

Good service at the till. Someone must of complained in the past as the staff were directed to serve straight away. Good attitude and quick food delivery. Well done all. Keep it up. A big thank you to the team.

Great service from the drive through window colleague who had a rose tattoo's. Food cooked perfect chips full to the top of envelope. Well done watford colleague's.

It's mcdonalds what more can you say really. The drive thru can be slow at times I'd recommend double checking your order before you leave but other than that it's fine.

On the way home from an apmt just past lunch time we really fancied a Mc's so we called into St Albans Rd branch, first time in months It was really clean and tidy and the usual quick service, but you do have to order food via the auto menu and pay as you enter.

Everything is as expected standard service and good quality food. Better than high street one.

Ordering for takeaway was easy, although two order screens closed for social distancing and no sign to say use ones at back. Food was ready very quickly and tasted great.

some hot dude gave me 4 patties instead of 3, fit guy with brown hair i love you and only you I LOVE YOU. (dont arrest me im not a predator im a minor so pls dont shoot me i know im black but dont)

Great staffs. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. McDonald's looking very chic. I like the decor. Zina was very friendly and professional. Thanks
