Really Awesome customer service, they went above and beyond with our order. They were out of certain ingredients of our chosen dessert but were happy to substitute with dearer items at no extra charge.

After loosing Morgan the place really went down hill. Now she’s back, the service is fantastic and the welcoming atmosphere has returned. The desserts have also become amazing again! I can not believe the transformation this place has made.

Skoops is the best place you could be. Their staff are very kind and they treated me very nicely. 5 stars out of 5. It way than anything else. ( Try their American pancakes).

Newly opened really nice. Good staff and service! I just had to edit this as the service got better during the meal! The waitresses are accommodating and really friendly and polite.

Went on the re opening of the new look Scoops!
I had a savoury crepe while my children had sweet cookie dough waffles and we all enjoyed our experience here. Lovely friendly waitress with patience of a saint 🌟

This was my third visit and I must say that the place has improved! Before it was rather dirty even though there with quite a few staff behind the counter but they seemed more interested with chatting among themselves or with their mates standing by the counter. Loud music wasn't helping the atmosphere either, you couldn't hear yourself think.
When Skoops was suggested today I was rather reluctant and would have happily schlepped to Bexleyheath or even Woolwich (!!!) for the sugar fix. But I was pleasantly surprised. The menu is not huge by any means but that's probably not a bad thing. The place was clean, staff very pleasant, our orders came quickly... Yes, definitely better. I think I'll be back. In a few months, once the sugar rush passes!
