This was my third visit and I must say that the place has improved! Before it was rather dirty even though there with quite a few staff behind the counter but they seemed more interested with chatting among themselves or with their mates standing by the counter. Loud music wasn't helping the atmosphere either, you couldn't hear yourself think.
When Skoops was suggested today I was rather reluctant and would have happily schlepped to Bexleyheath or even Woolwich (!!!) for the sugar fix. But I was pleasantly surprised. The menu is not huge by any means but that's probably not a bad thing. The place was clean, staff very pleasant, our orders came quickly... Yes, definitely better. I think I'll be back. In a few months, once the sugar rush passes!

I had a savoury crepe while my children had sweet cookie dough waffles and we all enjoyed our experience here. Lovely friendly waitress with patience of a saint 🌟

After loosing Morgan the place really went down hill. Now she’s back, the service is fantastic and the welcoming atmosphere has returned. The desserts have also become amazing again! I can not believe the transformation this place has made.

Very surprised by the bad reviews. I have taken my family here at least half a dozen times and the staff and food has been brilliant. Love those Oreo milkshakes, can't beat them.

Skoops is the best place you could be. Their staff are very kind and they treated me very nicely. 5 stars out of 5. It way than anything else. ( Try their American pancakes).

Really Awesome customer service, they went above and beyond with our order. They were out of certain ingredients of our chosen dessert but were happy to substitute with dearer items at no extra charge.

Crayford branch on Friday 30th June 7.30pm - so disappointed. Service so slow, seemed to be no system in place. Seated ourselves, and ordered. My children cannot eat dairy so needed the sorbet option...stressed this and the till guy put one through as ice cream. Ordered coffee and had to ask for it 4 times before we received it, once all deserts were eaten. Lots of staff behind till...not sure what they were doing, but one very helpful young lady on the floor cleaning and serving who kindly settled our dispute over sorbet v ice cream. Would not recommend.

Tried this for the first time, staff were friendly especially one waitress, food was ok , but you don't get enough sauce or ice cream with the waffles, so it was dry..there were loads of tables that needed cleaning but lots of people were just standing around.. Also a lot of youth type people that were either working there or they knew the staff def not customers and just standing around like as if it was a hang out place , wasn't professional in that respect, I have tried creams and skoops now and creams wins hands down food is better quality there , taste better and overral more professional & interior was nicer & they don't scrimp on anything there

After reading the reviews on here, I was a bit sceptical but my daughter really wanted to go, so we went. When I arrived we were swiftly seen too and shown to a booth at the back where I could have my pushchair and not have to keep moving it. The staff were so attentive and fun to be around, especially one of the ladies (whose name I didn't get) but none the less she was top notch. The waffles were huge and tasted amazing, the ice cream was to die for. We had a really good time and would go back in a heartbeat. I saw a lot of bad reviews and thought this place deserved a pat on the back. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, try it for yourself as we found it amazing and have found our new family haunt.

I came to the welling branch yesterday for a birthday treat for myself and my two small children (twins who are 3 years old).
Upon arriving we were seated in a booth, menus just thrown down, no explanation as to how the ordering worked, however as the waitress advised she would be with us in a minute I assumed it was table service.
After 5 minutes, me and my sons had made our minds up so we waited for the waitress to come over and take our order but she was to busy chatting and having a coffee.
After 20 minutes, we were STILL waiting and the waitress was STILL chatting away....
Now if you were busy I would completely understand the waiting times, however, or was 2pm and we were the only 3 people in the entire place!!!
After 25 minutes my sons and I got up and walked out, absolutely diabolical service, this seems to be a reoccurring theme in your establishment perhaps it's time to get new more polite and considerate staff!?

Very Good Service, came in on a busy day straight after school times with my son, I was greeted and placed with a table i asked for (there was a few to pick from near the back) Even tho the take away queue was long i managed to get seen too very fast, ordered and got my food within 10-13 mins! I'd recommend a Milk shake with two different choices of chocolate, very smooth consistency.. Would definitely come back � Going to try the waffle next time! i even took away a Oreo cake for my Mother! Cheers guys

Much quieter (no queue at all) on a Monday eve. I thought the menu choices were good and the order arrived quickly. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Room for improvement: the music needs to be turned down a few notches; plenty of staff, so why not have table service and more than one order point (1 point for takeaway, 1 for seated orders), I think this would reduce queuing times at peak times considerably. Will be returning, but wouldn't consider queueing for any more than 10 mins.

Second AND LAST visit to Crayford branch on Saturday 24th June and the service was dreadful. There were 3 of us and another couple in there (around 9pm). I ordered - from the only guy at the counter - and paid and went back to the table. After a few minutes a couple came in for takeaway shakes and they were made by this one guy and the couple left. At that point I asked if there was some reason why we were still waiting when the couple after us had been served? He apologised and said that he had given the order to one of the guys out the back and didn't realise that they hadn't been done. At that point 2 or 3 others appeared from the back area, one of whom was chatting on his phone and anorher strolled across and helped himself to a bottled drink! After lots of arguing between themselves as to who was responsible they eventually made our desserts. The sundaes were OK but the service let's this place down big-time. They should take a lesson from Kaspa's at Eltham and employ some staff who can be bothered to serve people!

Absolutely vile! My waffle was under cooked twice!! Chocolate sauce is cheap chocolate and the ice cream wasn't even I've cream it had no flavour ! Would not recommend and will never go back! First and last time

based on the 2 star rating is because the service is mega slow i arrived at around half 8 sunday evening and didnt get my desert until 10 oclock they only have one till which is why the cues are a joke all the staff just shout at eachother and when finally placed my order it seems they cant even get that right waiting over half hour once placed order and it didnt even get put through luckily i checked my receipt because it had things i didnt even ask for on my desert i was dissapointed as iv been places like this before like kaspas and creams and never had this problem before but wouldnt return id rather go kaspas

Avoid at all costs! Poor customer service and extremely rude racist staff. Waited a number of weeks for the manager to get back to me before I posted anything online. However I am yet to hear anything.
We went to skoops today at Bellegrove road with my family. This was during the soft launch something we were fully aware of. I can put up with slow service or mistakes while staff are being trained. However me and my family members being spoken to rudely is not acceptable while being racially shouted at by a staff member once we left the place was disgusting. The food was horrible, cookie dough was 0/10 - crepes 3/10 - waffles 2/10 - ice cream 3/10.
I called the manager to complain but was told he was out of the restaurant. So I left my name and number to be called back. I am still waiting.
We were served by 2 other young staff members who were perfectly fine and curtious however it was the one grown woman driving a yellow mini cooper who was the issue. Never have I been to any where in my life and faced such an issue.

We went to crayford scoops today was a disappointing visit � after negative reviews I'd seen I thought we'd give it a go anyway but wish we had gone else where now. 3 of the things we asked for they didn't have so I didn't have anything and asked for Nutella waffle with no nuts yet it was served with nuts. One thing we did ask for was the Oreo cheesecake which was all gone, we was then told we have one out the back but it's been there for a while so I wouldn't like to serve it...bit strange...no coffee either. Think we'll try creams next time

Visited Skoops today with a friend and our children. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. We then had to leave our children to then queue up for our desserts, that took another 25 minutes as there's only one till and one person taking orders. The staff were really friendly which made it more bearable. Our desserts came which were lovely but the music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think! I think they need to rethink and organise the place better. Table service would be better then you're not queuing. They could turn the tables over quicker then you wouldn't have people out the door and down the high street on a freezing cold day.

The staff were really good but all our desserts came out at different times so we couldn't eat together! They said they didn't do small desserts for the babies so they just ended up having a scoop of ice cream they was also running out of things like bottles of coke and cookie dough

Went today to crayford skoops with 4 adults and a child. Everything came at different times, three of us had finished when the last one came half hour after the first one came out as they forgot it but yet were told twice it was coming in 2 minutes, and they forgot the child's milkshake. They had no idea who ordered what and were just blankly agreeing when we were questioning what it was they were handing over. Managed to lose a whole family from another table with this amazing service. Shocking! Get them re trained as quick as possible.
