Terrible pizza, way too cheesy, poorly prepared and I will never be ordering from this Welling branch again. No wonder pizza Hut is shutting down stores, quality has seriously degraded in the past few years
Been coming here to pick up my midweek treat of a large deep pan supreme, for many years. Popped in Thursday as usual. Tapped my card as usual and left, noticed today that it's gone up by £2.00. That's 20% up on what I normally pay. You've just lost a 20 year customer. 20% is a liberty
Management don't know how need refund on the card, they don't know what they have in stock 😑, 2 guys what doing trail shifts and they don't k how need preparing pizza dough very disappointed 😕 not gonna order again anymore …
We ordered a deal , which included a "Chocolate Chip Cookie dough with Vanilla ice cream The ice cream was missing. When I called tthe hut , they told me that the ice cream was subject to availability. When I challenged them where was it …
the pizza was fine but the cinnamon sharer had to be thrown away. it came so burnt that it was rock hard and couldn’t be eaten. also came with no chocolate sauce like it said it would
Terrible, took my money and wont deliver or refund me my money. Shocking go dominoes instead
