It's McDonald's food speaks for itself!, We have never had a problem with the food or service, only problem we do see alot is missing items which in this case was a burger but as always they apologize and grabbed a fresh one straight away with no issues! And it's like this everytime if we run into issues 👍🏻 great customer service.

It's a treat for my children to visit McDonald's and they love it. I do think the service has gone down with all the delivery options around, not so much "fast food" on some nights and a couple of times the food has been cold (on drive through so don't have the time to go back and complain), so has obviously been made in advance.
Our last visit was fine - except need more gherkins!!
Update: Have 2* for service as ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers and only got one. Surprised at how much the prices have gone up since our last visit 😕

Wellingborough branch i was pleasantly surprised after using Northampton town centre branch last time and been sickened by the entire experience.
Wellingborough was a great atmosphere friendly staff and very fast service 👍🏻 well done Wellingborough McDonald's. Please teach Northampton how to do it.

From observations, I see dedication and hard-working staff and friendly smiles, and they get along with kids. My 5 star is for the dedicated staff. Food is like any other McDonald's. The environment is engaging for kids because of the tablets and good parking space.

Used drive through, kinda wondered where the apple pie was, I remember them filling the container??? FRAPPE always appear 3/4 full too!
