Saito Japanese Steakhouse

Yum! Delicious food, great service, clean ambiance and reasonable prices plus so much food you always leave with leftovers. My friend and I had the best time here. We each had steak and shrimp with fried rice and vegetables with a side of salad and soup and an excellent Italian wine as well as a cook that was both knowledgeable and hilarious. We had such a wonderful time and I hope you do too! Go hungry and #enjoy 💕. I’m sure you’re not going to regret it.

I have heard a lot of people say this place is great. So, I decided to go and try it out. The wait was only around 45 minutes which isn't bad on a Saturday. We decided not to sit at a table and go for the hibachi. I noticed they seat roughly 10 people on one side first. They first asked what we wanted to drink. Then they automatically brought out the soup and ginger salad right after. Then they asked what we wanted for dinner. The prices were very high but i thought, well, the food has to be damn good then. Then the chef came out and cooked the food which consisted of a lot of rice and vegetables. I was very surprised at how much they gave us. I was thinking heck yea. Then i was eager to get my main course which was scallops. However, when the chef gave me my scallops, there were only 7. Some medium sized and some small sized. I was thinking what the hell. They tasted bland and not like fresh scallops, maybe frozed and then thawed out. I was very disappointed. It seems to me that they are skimping on the main course choice whether it be shrimp, scallops, steak, etc, and just giving you rice and veggies. Of course, this way the profit margins are great for THEM. Then they kept coming over and asking if they could take the plates away. They were also standing around watching us which made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like they were trying to rush us out of there so they could seat more people. It got so bad that i just downed my beer that was still almost full. This place seems to have a system that definitely works for them, however not so much for the paying customer. I would never go back there and would say to everyone, go to Kabuki Sushi Thai Tapas instead. I love this place which is awesome and the food is great. They are in the same area around the mall. We have been taking our grandson here, since before he could walk. To this day, it is still his favorite place to eat, as it is our favorite place also👍😋You always have leftovers, which is awesome! Great food, with entertaining chefs. Only negative is, and not their fault, not enough chefs! So wait time is alittle longer, then normal. Butt worth the wait!

Terrible service!!!! Went here for Mother’s Day. We were told that it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting for an hour, noticed they seated a group the same size that had come almost 20 min after us. Went in to the hostess stand to see what was going on. The girl at the front said that she had called for us and we had not responded, so she crossed off our name. I said that we had been waiting right outside the front door for an hour. She just kept saying that she called us. Then, instead of saying that we would get the next available seats, she said that she had to continue sitting the parties that were still on the list even though they came after us. Refused to take any responsibility, or even attempt to resolve the situation. Definitely will not be going back to this location. They charge the prices of a $$$$ restaurant, but run it like it is a $ restaurant.

We took our son to Saito’s for his birthday dinner. We love love going here for special occasions . They’ve got the best hibachi chef‘s Very entertaining at your table !!The food is Amazingly delicious. The waitresses are phenomenal attention to detail and your needs are meet Immediately. The restaurant was extremely busy and the waitresses did not fail to ask you if you wanted a refill of your beverage or if you needed anything additional. I highly recommend Saito’s Japanese steakhouse to anyone who wants to have a fabulous entertaining dinner with impeccable service.

Worst experience ever. Sat on the non-hibachi side waited 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to just hand us reused take out menus. Had to ask for a drink menu and the waiter walked away. Another waiter came five minutes after that like he had no idea that we were sitting there waiting. After taking our drink order we let him know that we were ready to order and he said what do you mean? sir we are at a restaurant what else would Will be here to do. We finally gave him our order after repeating it twice he read it back to us and it was still wrong. He left to go put in the order my wife looked at me and said I am ready to go and we walked out. They also had a big sign outside that said no sushi we should’ve never went in after seeing that. The place smelled dirty and the tables were sticky. I’ll never be returning again and will be letting everyone else know about our experience that we had at this location
