Ok.. I’m pretty sure that’s against the law for a place that serves food to not serve tap water. FOR REAL???
They just enjoy making the customers un happy.
Hostile looks from the girl who makes the sandwich as she puts the buggies in the sandwich without even looking at the sandwich resulting piles of veggies on different sides.
Bad sandwich making.
I guess that’s the main reason why all the restaurants have a line and they’re not busy.

I don't understand the reviews saying this Subway doesn't honor coupons. I use them every so often and the manager and employees accept them every time. This is one of the best Subways in Wellington! The employees are really kind and always smile. It's pleasant, clean and the food is always fresh and delicious. The employees there always make my sandwich EXACTLY the way I like it. I eat there at least 3 times a week! It is the best peace to eat in the food court 😊

The African American genial woman was mean and rude, and someone has to teach her how to make salads. She put shredded lettuce to “chop it” with the rest of veggies after we asked her not to put it in as it’s already shredded! Stupid! And she gave an attitude and added shredded lettuce into the salad to be chopped anyway!

Came here in the middle of a dog friendly mall with my service animal who was standing calmly beside me as she’s very well trained and was told to move the dog away. When I asked what she meant she said “I dont know just move the dog away”. Where was I supposed to move her. She was next to me on the other side of the counter on the floor. Won’t even bother coming back again

Overpriced money grubbing franchise. Daughter wanted 6 inch BLT with cookies and drink. Whenever I get a Subway combo elsewhere, I get a drink and 2 cookies for a nominal fee. I just paid 6.57 before tax for sandwich, 1 cookie and a small drink. Okay that's fine...until my 7 year old spills her drink and I'm forced to pay another $1.92 to replace it. Wasn't even my food and I left with the preverbial bad taste in my mouth.

Whoever owns this place needs to chill on “the budget.” I was told that’s the reason they stopped including kids toys in the meals and why they don’t give you napkins. Instead of napkins, we’re using paper towels you dry your hands with in the bathroom. They won’t even serve water because they don’t want to waste a cup on something’s that free. Because of “the budget.” Really?!

Love the Subway sandwiches. Staff was very nice and the store was clean. Unfortunately a certain type of meat was sold out, as well as the soup.
