Los Jilbertos Mexican Food

While a very nice & clean place with fun stuff on the menu, they don’t seem to be consistent in their drink mixes and having ingredients on hand. Each time the same drink is ordered, it rarely tastes the same as the previous visit. We’ve gone in several times to be told they don’t have milk to make frappes and also been given iced coffee instead of a frappe. It also appeared that a “friend” there filling out an application was helping an employee make drinks. Just strange.

This place had a lot of potential. Locally owned, interesting drink options, good decorations, everything. However, the unfortunate truth is that the management could not care less about their business. I know multiple people who have been employed by Chugg, and all have told me that nearly half of the time their checks bounce. This is obviously between Chugg and it's employees, but I have a hard time supporting a business that disrespects it's employees by handing out unredeemable checks. Furthermore, the place is frequently out of cookies, hot dogs, and several drink options. I hope this business turns itself around because I truly do want to support it, but thus far Chugg simply hasn't earned it.
