Consistently good. From the initial greeting to the delightful service to the delicious food made in house, to the range of drinks including good zero options. There has also been a lot of thought given to how this classy urban establishment presents its appealing menu options. The branding is on point but subtle and it remains a favourite local anytime of day.

After having been closed for renovation, this restaurant now offers a pleasant and, in my opinion, quite Californian atmosphere. But the renovation, which added a nice interior design, also reached the dishes they offer, which stand out among their peers in the city. I tried the Pizzeta de Quatro Fromage, and it was really delicious. The Tiramisu, the best I've had in Wellington. A new place with a small selection of dishes, but of great quality and flavour. If you're in Lambton Quay, don't miss this restaurant.

Business lunch at Astoria last Thursday & only good things to say, especially with the lamb pappardelle & flat bread to sop it up with, delicious. Paired nicely with the Lake Hayes Pinot Noir. Everyone enjoyed their meals, the service was great right down to the staff wiping the table of the bits of bread crumbs before serving coffees & deserts…good eye from the staff.
