We often call in when passing through, wasn't that surprised to see a 1 star rating on the door considering how dirty it had been of late, but clearly someone had been having words, floor, tables, windows and ledges we all clean, food was nice and warm table service was quick, let's hope the standard stays high as this McDonald's always used to have a great reputation.

Stopped at Welshpool Mcdonalds on our holiday pit stop. Had a lovely meal. We reached our destination hours later only to realise that my little boy had left his favourite toy dog (who was coming on holiday with us) he was in tears! We rang Macdonalds in Welshpool- the staff were very kind and promised that he would be well looked after and kept safe in the office till we returned from our holiday. And he was! They even put him in a little box and the manageress (I think) made a big deal to my son when she brought it out. We stopped again to eat and food was lovely. Considering it was so busy it was a speedy service. Thanks for going above and beyond guys. Appreciate it.

Just had my first McPlant as a new vegetarian and I was impressed. Nicely made, loaded with salad and as tasty as any burger I have ever eaten

Premier Inn does what it says on the tin, clean and tidy room with their famous comfy beds. However the Wi-Fi was unusable, weak signal at best but kept dropping out. Room 124.

Would like to mention the night staff here especially Lucas an Fynn an Sara F , who are all amazing they work so hard, always well mannered an accommodating they are a credit to mac Donalds team! , only down side is they shut on different hours to clean or do the tills an then you either have to go bk few hours later just how it is but it can be frustrating! But thats management not the staff I guess , but the place is clean they don't keep you waiting long an always a pleasure to go there , so thankyou maccies!!

I wouldn't usually review a McDonald's - but the service here was so quick and very, very friendly and courteous I thought it was worth leaving 5 stars. The guys and girls in here certainly aren't your usual fast food bunch!

I had hoped to park up and eat in but I made the mistake of visiting right on a really busy period so there was nowhere close to park and had to use the drive-thru. Staff were all very pleasant and the order was correct. Couldn't really grumble at that!

Dude on the mike taking orders sounded fed up and unenthusiastic.. but the food didn't reflect this and was good although fries needed longer in fryer as only just cooked with no crispy bite like they should have

I go inside & use the drive thru all the time and the food is really fresh and the staff are friendly/quick to help .. It's worth remembering you get the service you deserve depending on how patient you are and how you treat the amazing staff

Inside is like any other, but there are tables outside under the trees which are great in the good weather. Also a fairly well stocked shop nearby for those in the family not partial to Maccy"s cuisine
