Great lunch time treat with our one year old. We were made to feel welcome with our large pushchair, and a staff member moved chairs aside for us and talked to our little girl which she loved. The hot chocolate was one of the nicest I've had for ages!

This Nero can serve great coffees or just ok ones depending on the barista, but it's usually good.
There is limited outdoor seating (3 tables) and it's nice when you can get one.
There is a queue most of the time but it moves quickly.

At Welwyn Garden City, They always serve really fast and temperature suited drinks. This Caffè Nero is very busy when comes to the sitting arrangements. The interior is nice and calming.
