One of the few Costas I've been too that know how to actually make a Cortado.

A welcome opportunity to rest and refresh halfway through a Saturday ramble through countryside around Welwyn Garden City. Unfortunately, service was a little slow - owing to the branch being woefully understaffed for such a popular cafe. However, those there did their best and a slightly longer pause was also a blessing in the circumstances. The coffee was reinvigorating and fuelled the rest of the ramble.

Lovely staff here even though they were closing still helped me out with serving my drink later to closing time so it was warm.. Ileana nina were awesome

Costa's nice. The actual drinks are pretty good while queueing or ordering it's unlikely that you won't see the staff openly mock someone. Thought this was the starbucks cliche but it turns out that in Costa you're made to feel pretty bad if you don't know their menu by heart, which by the way, it's often not displayed. Figure that one out.

As usual Costa delivered a Brill coffee experience. Bit disappointed with the gluten free options food wise. There are a lot of us about and we want nice cakes etc to have with our drinks. Good sales opportunities lost.

My favourite coffee shop. Nice hot toasted sandwiches or panninis. Love they coffee, fresh fruit juice or iced coffee. Really safe clean place to go with your family or friends. Thank you to the lovely friendly staff.
