Had an amazing time, service attentive, food great ( my salad a bit tasteless but everyone else happy), couldn't ask for more! My daughter was surprised with music, candle & singing by the server for her birthday which was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and fun, perfect for a celebration.

The Italian cooking course was both brilliant fun and really informative. John and Emily were superb hosts and teachers and gave hands on tips and techniques. A great day all round and I will definitely be visiting again.
Very Nice meal with a very American Style place. I was so nice That i had breakfast the next day. When i was there i had the burger and my sister the bologhese meatballs. The only thing i didn’t like was the fries wasn’t home made...
This is one brand that has never been a let down no matter which one I go to and the food has always been the spot of the night and the to die for cocktails. The service is amazing and friendly.
Wow...a decent restaurant serves some great food n cocktails..situated in the wembley outlet mall...is just a gr8 place to relax after a tiring shopping session.. beware of the rush hours or xmas season...tip is to book it before else be prepared to wait for getting a table.. we did wait a good 30 mins but it was worth the wait.. ordered bread basket with margarita on a chilly dec eve
I happen to be here to try vegetarian food. I ordered pizza and garlic bread which was not up to my expectations . The only good part about it being you get 25 percent with Cineworld card. The service is okay. Not worth the price you pay.
After being in awe of the awesome stadium we took a walk to the nearby complex there were tempting offer such as the tgifriday but we surged on and made our way to Frankie, it was very quiet and there were only about one or 2 other tables we received a very warm welcome from our waiter who upon seating us we discovered is Italian it was a lovely experience as it is a new York Italian bistro. I am a big fan of Italian food and this did not disappointed I had the mostl amazing 3 course meal ended with coffee and a lovely chat with our waiter. I love the atmosphere and that authentic Italian feel. We were also taught how to properly pronounce calzone
Came for lunch at around 13:45 on a Monday. The restaurant was low capacity at the time but atmosphere was good.
Great service and very quick food! Tasted better than I have at other branches of this chain and it was an open kitchen with the fire pizza stove flames visible, which I thought was a nice touch. Bar looked awesome and very clean and new feel.
They never disappoint every time I’ve eaten there it has tasted amazing. The customer service is really outstanding. Special shout out to Micheal for making me and my mums night out an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back soon.
NIKOLA was the best Waitress she was very hospitable and friendly! We ordered a double bacon burger with sweet potato fries, carbonara pasta and garlic sauce for dipping the fries. And for dessert salted caramel cheesecake and hot cocoa! Everything was wonderful
This restaurant is on highest level. When it comes to food we got a perfect pizza and burger. Paired with wonderfully chosen drinks and the best service of whole staff. At its core, there was Bartek. He is not just an ordinary waiter - he is truly a virtuoso when it comes to meeting his duties.

Me and my boyfriend have been here multiple times for breakfast and lunch whenever we are staying for a concert. Food is great, it’s clean and the service is always amazing. Recently we had the pleasure of been served by Nikola and she was lovely! Really attentive and kind!
Very welcoming and friendly staff on arrival. Took our drinks and food order at our table. Food arrived in good time and was very nice. All the staff were super friendly, couldn't complain. Was going to give 5 stars then went into the ladies toilets and was quite messy which let it down. Would definitely come back and wasn't busy either for a Friday afternoon.
The food here is your average sports bar food. Nothing to be excited about and normal expectations. The food is good but the service is great and friendly. Came here on a Monday so it wasn’t that busy.
The place has a vibrant atmosphere. We ordered garlic bread and New York Giant pizza which was great! We were served by a very friendly waitress and the vibe was enjoyable.
Popped round here last week to have dinner after watching Newsies at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre. The restaurant looks inviting, it was vibrant , the overall atmosphere chilled and relaxed, staff was lovely and efficient and the food was delicious. Definitely a place we'll want to visit again 🤩
Great service, Nikola is very friendly and the food portion is just perfect. They explained everything well to us about the food too. Had a great time here.
