When it comes to Costa it’s really hard to rate as coffe nearly taste the same everywhere I guess the 5 star rating is because it has plenty of indoor and out door seating arrangements and the service is fairly quick

The drinks are well-made but the shop is busy almost all the time and there's barely any chance to sit down. But overall I recommend

Great friendly staff and good customer service. They are really good at moving the queue even with just 3 staff during busy hours. The coffee seems a little watery compared to other Costa I’ve been to and the lady was nice enough to redo it for me which is part of a good customer care.

I have been this morning in the Costa Coffee in Wembley Central, I cant left the opportunity to express my gratitude for so awesome treat that I have had for one staff. A young lady, with long blond hair (sorry can not see her name) who really made the extra mile for me from the first minute. Sweet greetings and very kind manners. 1 to 10...she got my 10.Thanks!!!

Busy place next to retail hell. A good place to lurk if the "other half" is intent on retail therapy and you'd rather rip your fingernails out with red hot pliers. Apart from being accidentally drenched with boiling hot coffee from the adjacent table (they were in love), all good! Staff good humoured under pressure, and a good place to people watch (in a non prurient sense). Check out or do "German" and stake out a table as the they are taken very fast!
