Not a bad KFC, crazy when its a match day.
When asking staff to clean up a spill on the floor, would love it if they actually came and cleaned it and not had us sat in it.

I didn't want to do my review until I visited this shop so many times, so I found the staff friendly. The food was nice, the atmosphere was great, and the only thing I found a bit disappointing was that you don't have a place where you can park your car.

Experienced staff members with no mistakes. Great food and warm cozy ambience. Special Thanks to girl named SINDHU for taking order at the last moment and giving crisp wraps. Thankfull to Sindhu for her kind gesture 🙏🏻.

All the areas need lot of improvement.
Management should look from customer end side and not from the other side of counter.
All the delivery team should be asked to clear their requirement from other window and not with regular customer. Bcoz most of the driver dress code is not safe and un hygienic.
People come to eat bcoz of of quality. If the moving space is only so much crowded what is the use of having same counter for all

Another “fancy“ KFC night for us and, this time, we ordered from the Wembley store! Everything was perfect, food abundant and delivery prompt. I recommend, especially after a long walk in the countryside! 😍

My experience here wasn't bad. The staff was courteous and gave my order quickly. Might be because it wasn't that crowded when I went. Less number of staff so the place isn't that clean. There is good amount of seating available. We had the chicken zinger burger and chicken wings. Both were amazing, especially the wings were perfect just the way you would like, juicy and crispy.. Yum! Two pieces of wings for 99p is a good deal I think. Would definitely go there next time.

After the long city tour, came here for a quick lunch, ordered zinger burger and oreo krushers. It was a crowded place and service was good enough. Food was as usual great typical kfc standard.

The worse KFC I have ever been to. This store is located in Wembley.<br/>The staff is unorganized and lack etiquette. They just chit chat loudly with each all the time instead of taking orders. They are least bothered if there is a single customer waiting to give an order or if there is a huge crowd. Being Halal store, the staff isn't even aware that they don't sell bacon. Half of them don't bother to wear cap in the kitchen neither clear tables. <br/><br/>Coming to the food, Zinger patty wasn't spicy, be it zinger burger or double down. I guess they added the fillet patty instead! Quick review. Might as well review KFC. wanted something quick and easy on my way home and decided to pop in. Been here before but been a while. This time round was pleasent. The staff is actually quite polite dispite the amount of rude customers i saw whilst i was there. They have one area to make orders and a pretty big seating area for larger groups. <br/><br/>The food did takke a little longer but it was quite busy . I ordered two burger a chicken wrap popcorn chicken some chips and drink and some wings to share with my brother. Sat down and ate for a while. <br/><br/>Yes its unhealthy. Yes its damn greasy. But its damn tasty and okay once. Ive had better experience and food here than another halal KFC that shall not be named.
