I visited mrs bunns this morning for breakfast and my god I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in I was greated with a beautiful smile from the stunningly good looking blonde girl behind the counter. I ordered my breakfast which was very fairly price. Then I had a short wait which seemed to fly by due to the sutely flirtatious chat. Soon my food arrive and to say it was beyond my wildest dreams would be and understatement. Everything from the sausages to the blackpudding was tip top quality. It made my taste buds dance like nobody was watching. My mouth was in heaven and I was in love. Would I recommend mrs bunns I sing her praises from the roof tops. Amen x
Popped in just before Christmas and had a boxed breakfast, absolutely wonderful as if the rest of the food
Always reliable for a decent sandwich.
Prices have risen quite a bit since I last went.
Sausages are a bit dry as warmed up.
Shame they dropped the roast of the day as this, was a firm favourite.
Lots of salads though and pastries.
Would recommend.
Fantastic! They we’re very busy, expected a long wait but they we’re banging out the orders like nobody’s business 👍. Lovely bacon and sausage and tomato baguette.
Yessss, a proper cob shop! They are not joking when they call themselves an "emporium" because they have everything—an entire board each of hot fillings, cold fillings, breakfast boxes, jacket potatoes, and more. They make their own sweet treats, pasties, sausage rolls, and even samosas—proper ones! I was drawn straight in by the original tile work of the entryway and it didn't disappoint. No tables or chairs—strictly takeaway—and it's the kind of place that just has a constant stream of customers, so you know it's legit before you even order. They made my daughter's humble ham and cheese sandwich into an impressive lunch fit for a king—it was bigger than her head and tasted exactly how you'd expect. There's a decent amount of parking out front and down both side streets, so you have no excuse! Stop by next time you're in the area—I highly recommend it x x
Great little shop with delicious food you get more than what you pay for!
1000% recommend!!!
Love this place, quick service , freshly prepared food and friendly staff, we have just had a great boxed salad and filled cob at a very reasonable price.
Thoroughly recommend lunch here.
I place a late order on Thursday for a small important event at our school for Nov 7th. Just wanted to say a huge thank to the team for prompt delivery and a really delicious, well presented buffet. Everyone was very complimentary and appreciated the gesture.

Astonished to find this great cob shop still operating after so many years. Still does a great bacon cob and much more fresh made up to order sandwiches. It's small and you might have to wait but very good.
Great shop with lots of choice and reasonably priced. Just a shame the vegetarian options are all cheese, onion and tomato (or salad). Would love to see some other meat free options available.
Edit as I can't respond:
In the reply from the business I see there is a veggie breakfast option but I don't see this advertised on the menu. A vegetarian chilli or curry and falafel options may be a good menu addition.
Top drawer, best cob shop in Nottingham. Prices are great too. Highly recommend
We run an event every year and Mrs Bunns has supplied the packed lunches for years!
We keep coming back because they really are the best! Great variety and so fresh and tasty.
We receive lovely feedback for the food we provide to our helpers and volunteers, but it's Mrs Bunns that deserves the praise!
We will be back next year!
