Absolutely disgusting experience at Big John Birmingham. I came in starving with a group, ordered wings, chips, and a donner—my food came out last even though I ordered before others. The donner tasted old, the chips were soggy and bland, and the wings were greasy with zero flavour. Complete waste of money. AVOID THIS PLACE!
I went to Big John’s and the chicken was excellent. It was well seasoned, crisp on the outside, and juicy inside. The portion was more than enough and tasted fresh. …
What a disappointing experience. Customer service left a very bad taste in my mouth. …
Real really disappointed every time try to give them a chance but unfortunately every time we get disappointed by there food
Low quality no taste not fresh …
Worst food ever had asked him please add extra cheese and he said it’ll be ready in 8 mins asked to sit. He didn’t added extra cheese not even added what basic cheese on pizza. 16 inches pizza have cheese of 6 inch pizza.
One of the better Big Johns franchises, I have been going here for years, it's cheap as chips and has definitely improved over the years. Prices are very good. Food is decent and does the job. Bonus they have a drive thru.
