Went to this branch of Pepe’s yesterday while passing through on the motorway. Never been to West Brom before but so glad we stopped for Pepe’s here. We were all starving and were served by smiley and friendly staff who were eager to please. The store manager, Jessica made sure we were well looked after and made sure the food was piping hot and delicious!
All the staff members were courteous and well mannered. A big shout out to Raman, Rashad, Annie and Param too!

Peep’s in West Bromwich is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food quality and the service of every stuffs are amazing. It’s my regular place to eat and take way.
This is the best Pepe’s branch I’ve come to. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Jessica the manager helped us with recommendations. The chef (Ozzy) cooked the food to perfection & Ranu was so attentive. Juicy chicken, and food was piping hot. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys/girls.

Food is nice but with the kids meal they advertise a toy but it's not worth the money. They should put a proper toy in there.
They no longer let you take cans out if you have ordered a drink. Cans are only for delivery orders which is unfair because if you order a take out its easier to have a can, then carry a drink especially for parents with children. For the money you spend at least give your customers a drink they want!
Jessica was super friendly and helpful and made sure the food was ready quickly. Ozzy knows what he’s doing in the kitchen and was great. Food tasted even better after the great customer service from Jessica !

Ordered last week and everything was amazing. Quick delivery and food tasted great. Called the branch regarding a query and spoke to a manager called Mohammed, who was super nice and helpful. Will be ordering again :)
