Love Costa but I do wish they'd have some healthier options for lunch!

Lovely costa. Quick service but they weren't the most efficient. Toilets could be cleaner but were ultimately fit for purpose.

Very quick service that makes your coffee in less than a minute every time I went. Friendly staff and extra credit for remembering my coffee order. Spacious place to study.

Tbh I prefer the coffee in Cafe Nero but this store has a HUGE selection of food. It does take a little longer to get served but that's because the staff are so friendly and talk to everyone :)

Lovely spacious coffee shop, with chill out sofa areas or table and chairs. Table and chairs outside to. We seemed to of arrived when it was mummy and babys catch up time, wanted to sit outside but unfortunately one table had decided to put all there rubbish on the tables and shopping on chairs they cpuld see we was looking for a table but made no effort to offer to move the above. Im unfortunately on crutches as had a knee replacement managed to find a table in the corner with a sofa. The coffee was excellent but unfortunately the salted caramel donut tasted stale so i left it.

It felt quite safe in Costa. The staff were friendly and prompt and I had a nice cup of coffee. It wasn't too busy when I went so I had assumed every other table was "out of order" but I think it's just the way people spaced themselves. As we left someone came and sat right next to us. Not Costa's fault per se, but I'd be happier if there were less tables spaces further apart

Now in nice new premises, around the corner and nearer to the station.
Wish they'd fix the constant Wi-Fi interference from nearby HP laptop. Seems connected with Costa rather than customer since was always present in the old shop too.
Pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. One of my favourite coffee shops.

Usual Costa coffee shop. Staff were nice but getting served took a while. I had a meringue which was converted into an eton mess (with the meringue intact though). It was actually very nice, the meringue had a nice texture to it.
