Since its been back open it seems to have gotten very tight on everything. Portion sizes are pathetic. Prices are borderline crazy. I have no affiliation with Kays but just as an example I can get an egg sandwich that comes with two eggs on a nice bloomer bread for 30p cheaper than an egg sandwich from here now that comes on bread that's a step up from supermarket bread and comes with one single sad egg. Don't get me started on the prices of their other gear. Staff are really nice and friendly which is obviously a plus, for that it gets the stars that I have given. other than that its a swerve from me till they stop charging London prices for West Drayton cafe quality food. My only advice is learn your audience, learn your competition and evolve.

I only do reviews when it’s worth visiting a place, and these 2 ladies deserve their five stars. Very british, very true, very mummy kitchen style, I love it, I love these corners little brunch places in UK. It’s very simple, authentic and quiet. And to top it up, The foos was good, tasty, not hard, flavourful. If you need a quick brunch or BF stop in your day, give it a go ! I only wish we see more of these places. A big sandwish for 5 GBP is a bargain to me also !

Probably the best bakery in West Drayton. The company I work for has used this company for years instead of the bakery around the corner, and I always wondered why until I tried no.46 myself. Simply put the quality is really good and the price is more than reasonable. This paired with excellent service makes a great place for breakfast or lunch. Well done.
