My choice of coffee bar is costa, I rate my favourite. And this place is my best. The decor, cleanness, service, atmosphere are perfect for my time alone and work.

This place is designed for a quick coffee takeaway and delivers on that fantastically. I have never had to queue up for long and the order is ready very quickly. There is an indoor seating area available that's split into 2 levels with plenty of seating. Also, I like the coffee served here compared to the next door shop :)
One thing they really need to change is the TV screen menu which keeps flipping so much that it takes literally minutes of staring at screens to get back to the desired view to figure out what's new in the menu. Please have some form of fixed menu to help the customers.

Very impressed with the staff on duty at the West Hampstead branch yesterday. Rakib and Adea clear enjoyed working together crated a good atmosphere making the mundane tasks I was having to complete on my laptop almost enjoyable.

Very lovely place. The waitress Aulona was very helpful and very quick with her work. I strongly suggest her to receive a pay rise as she is a very good worker.

I followed the opening times on google which were slightly incorrect. I have sent in an edit :-) Despite being time to close (7pm) the staff kindly served me quickly and very pleasantly thanked me when I said I'd send in a Google edit for them. A lovely experience.
