Lovely friendly café who accomodated our party of 4, plus 3 dogs at a moment's notice. Lovely coffee and food. Ran out of one option and returned to offer free coffee as an apology for having to choose something else from the menu. Lovely cakes to take away also. Recommended.
Visited today for the first time. Arrived just after opening and found a table. Dog friendly which is great for us. Good choice on the menu. We had to order our drinks first even though we were ready to order our food too. We then ordered the full works breakfast. Food was nice and plentiful. Service was friendly but we waited about 40 mins for the breakfast to arrive, by then we had drank our hot drinks. As I said the food was nice but we would if enjoyed it more had we not been rushing to finish as we needed to leave to collect our son.
Great veggie and vegan options. I had the vegan full works with an oatmilk latte and an excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. But being slightly devil's advocate here, this place is only good because there's no fully veg*n places in West Kirby. Does anyone really enjoy Linda McCartney's cardboard sausages? They belong in vegan history, there are many better vegan sausages available these days. And the scrambled tofu was just coloured, it had no flavour, it needed some liquid smoke and nutritional yeast flakes. But overall, I really enjoyed it, and I would come back if in the area again.
Had light lunch at Green Onion Cafe , dog friendly meal was very enjoyable , had a southern chicken flatbread wrap with salad , friend had the bacon , egg and sausage on white bread (sausage was for dog which he ate with gusto ) friend had a latte and I had a refresh shake which was scrummy , reasonably priced too
Lovely find, must if you are in area looking for a chilled atmosphere with some great music and great food. Must try are the smoothies we had a green one with kiwi, cucumber celery mint and apple with prebiotic this tasted amazing was thick and freshly made so was the mango smoothie.
Chicken salad bowl with rice and crunchy veggies with sprinkling of seeds was perfect. Chicken focaccia came with side of salad and sweet potato chips sprinkled with flavoursome herbs and pepper tasted so good.
Excellent, friendly service, agreeable background music and great coffee. We had the larger of the two full English breakfasts on offer, which were good, cooked to perfection, but let down slightly by the high rusk content of the sausages. Deserves 4.5 stars

she said was delicious. It looked so good I might have it next time.
Staff are excellent, and the owner is friendly and welcoming.
Stopped here on a little trip to West Kirby food atmosphere and staff great the works breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time my friend had on of the wraps again very good will return again soon

Have been here twice now and we love this little gem in West kirby.The first time we had the veggie burger and the halumi salad with their power smoothies ,my partner still raves about the burger.tThe next time we only had an option for breakfast which we both had a veggie breakfast with lattes to drink,which was lovely. Will definitely be returning but be warned it is usually very busy and maybe a delay in getting your meals.
