Great service, attentive server. A really nice meal enjoyed by all the family.
Came here Saturday, got served by a boy called corbin. Recieved some of the best customer service I've ever had, super friendly. And considering it said trainee on his badge I would say don't let him go! Wish we had staff like that in my local nandos :).
Nice Nando’s this one. I went 8:00 pm on a cold Tuesday night. But can imagine it gets packed due to it location near to shops and lakeside shopping complex. Decor was good with a mix of tables. Staff were very friendly and order was taken without fuss. Food came quickly and was of good quality. Only downside was they were short of sauce bottles meaning there was no medium hot available. Price was great value. £14.00 for a double chicken pitta and spicy rice I think is great value for a eat In restaurant.
This is the first time I've been to this Nando's. and I honestly can say. I love you. The customer service wonderful the food world class cooks! It was just the dreamy experience today. thank you
Nandos can never go wrong! Extra hot chicken leg is my favourite. My favourite restaurant in the UK. Yes it’s my favourite! Unfortunately this particular restaurant ran out of some items when I visited. No corn on the cob, no garlic bread….. not so good. I love the corn on the cob.
Unfortunately, the chips 🍟 were not crispy and weren't great. And the chicken wings were very tiny. Overall, it's not the best I've had at this particular nandos. But the service was good, though, and the staff were quite helpful in solving the issue with the chips.
Chicken chicken chicken! Lovely! Very covid-19 secure, you have to book a table pre-hand, you then receive a text to let you know your table is ready. When you arrive to your table there is a QR code and your table number, all you do is scan the QR and order your food! Simple as, all contactless. Tables are spaced out, staff are nice and friendly, they also come around more often now.
The food was lovely and the staff coped with the busy time we were there really well. The atmosphere was calm.
We go to various Nando’s on a regular basis as it fits in with working late for us.
Lakeside retail park is the most consistent for food, service and has the best team of staff headed by Gemma, along with Amber, Freddie, Jordan, Kieran, Magda, Tom and everyone else.
We genuinely appreciate the help and service from them as it is a great help with our hectic life.
For food, a loaded chips bowl and the new chocolate pud particular favourites for a quick dinner too.

Writing this review because I was at Nandos Lakeside retail at about 3:30ish, the fire alarm went off and cut one of the cooking apparatus off. They were very good at sorting our food to something that could be cooked however some asked for a refund. As everyone knows refunds from most if not all shops take a few days to go into your bank. 2 women were not happy about this and became quite irate about it shouting at the staff, swearing at them amd pointing their fingers in the staffs faces. Honestly could not fault the way the staff managed the situation, from the managers and staff trying to de-escalate the situation to the other staff continuing around them, to the staff apologising to the other customers for the noise. It looked and sounded like a very heated situation and they were all so well kept together and calm!!!!
Hadn't been to a nandos for years but this place was great. The wait for food was a while but it was busy, and the food came out toasty hot and very tasty. Would come back again.
Nandos is always a great experience, good food, decent price and lovely decor. Missed out on 5 stars due to wait times and wasn't given any plates for sharing!
