Quite a nice change from the usual run of the mill places. Good selection but orders are taken via a touch screen in the same way as McDonald’s. You do get to interact with the staff when they hand you your order but that’s around it. Good is ok, but pricey for what you get to be honest, but not the worst. I ordered a bacon double burger and was given a single, tiny, shrivelled piece on the inside top of my patty, I’d expect more considering the price! The place itself was clean and pleasant, a little crowded feeling in some places, although it wasn’t busy so they could actually reorganise to make it more comfortable. Donuts aren’t cheap, but fairly decent. Would say this place is a nice change every now and then but I couldn’t possibly recommend it as a constant go to in the current state of the country’s finances as it is a little expensive, so so for the occasional treat though

Stopped there this morning about 9.15am after my supermarket shop.
Found a very convenient parking spot immediately outside the restaurant, so that was great.
I used the self service paypoint to order my breakfast. This was the vegetarian stack with Chipotle sauce, hash brown and plant Coconut latte.
Immediately after ordering, I went over to the serviced till and asked for my order to have additional Chipotle added.
It took a little longer than usual this time for my order to get ready. In a way I was glad, it meant that it was fresher.
I remembered to get my loyalty card stamped.
I found a nice seat but for some reason, all the blinds in the restaurant were down, making a room a little darker. That did not detract from the breakfast.
I had the hashbrown first. It was crispy and perfectly cooked. I then moved onto the stack. This was nice and hot and all the layers worked well together. My request for extra Chipotle was not followed unfortunately, so it was a little lacking in that department.
The coconut latte was nice and hot and frothy and they had added the demerera sugar to it whilst making it as per by order, so that was good.
Overall a nice breakfast.

It was a wonderful ambience, food was accurate. Customer service was excellent. We ordered vegetarian wrap meals for breakfasts. However , the establishment offers extensive halal option in their lunch and dinner menus. (Please feel to ask a member of staff for the halal options)

Fast food on higher level but lower on hygiene :( was not crowded at all, stuff behind chatting and walking up and down, bin full for more than half an hour, crumbs and papers on tables and floors, woman toilet in mess and without paper (my wife was there) and I'm not really sure where was shift manager when something like this happens... For higher prices, we are expecting higher service and especially clean ambient, not to look around which table is clean enough to sit. Was generous with stars in the hope someone would read it and make the difference.

I have tried this restaurant a few times previously sticking to doughnuts and coffee, which they have a wide variety of. This time, I tried the chicken tenders, which was really nice it's far better than KFC or McDonald's I was not a fan of waffle fries but the cherry Coke cooler that I've got was really nice can't wait to try more from there menu.

Excellent service & excellent food.
I was very excited when I found out Timmy’s was now available in the UK. I was worried that it won’t match up to the Canadian standards but I can confirm that’s it on par (or even better!)

Really great place, our order was ready in 4 minutes and everything was fresh and hot! Lovely atmosphere and friendly team, would definitely return and can’t wait for one to open nearby 😊 vegetarian friendly with good variety on the menu too

We stopped here for a quick coffee and breakfast before shopping in the nearby shopping Center. The staff were pleasant and attentive and the restaurant itself was clean and nicely laid out. The French vanilla latte is a nice twist on a standard vanilla latte and the food was served quickly and tasted fresh. The sausage and egg muffin was comparable if not better than the “other” one. Some items are more expensive individually than other fast food outlets so it’s best to look out for the meal deals, but the quality here does seem to justify the higher price any way.

Must have driven past a hundred times always meaning to try. So was presently surprised on first visit, the atmosphere and layout is part Starbucks and high end hotel lobby in a good way. Ordering is simple via self service screen and the service was fast, items ordered was chicken burger and classic beef burger meals with lattice fries were excellent as was the pancakes. The lemon refresher was to perfection. All in all they made a new customer today.

This is the first time we had breakfast here, had the muffins and pancakes, all tasted delicious! We had the coffee and hot chocolate too, very nice indeed! We ordered some Timbits to take home too, they are mini and you get to taste different flavours in one go! We tried some before and they were very nice! The customer service is also excellent here! So much smiles and greetings in store! Keep up the good work, see you on the weekend 😌
