Great food, at a decent price. My favourite item on the menu is the Soft Shell Crab, which is quite a unique item they don't do everywhere else.
The special fried rice, special chow mein, and the Peking ribs are good too👌.
Orders come with a complimentary bag of prawn crackers.

Very polite staff and quick delivery. Food was everything you expect from your local chinese, not too greasy either....HOWEVER...the plastic trays are smaller than your usual chinese so you do get a bit less than you normally would, so for that reason, i give it 4 stars.

After a few poor Chinese takeaways during lockdown, it was music to my ears to hear that H20 were open again.

Excellent. Perfectly cooked rice and noodles, yellow bean chicken one of the best I have ever tasted and the chicken satay avoids the excess peanut that so many have and has a gentle but delicious heat in the after taste. Take away ready spot on time. Very generous portions - I'd shared the meal with my adult son and he took the rest home for the next day! Highly recommended

I have passed by this place several times without really noticing it, but was recommended by a friend. And very glad they did.
The food was great and the portion sizes right with the cost savour averaged in Hayes/West Wickham area. I went in and ordered and didn't have to waiit that long. I will definitely be going back.

If you like Chinese food H2O is first class. It was once an eat in restaurant but has been converted to take away only ,I imagine because of parking difficulties and away from the main high street never the less ,the food is always so fresh and cooked to order , friendly fast service . Only downside is they do not accept card payment over the phone so cash only on delivery or pickup to use credit card so although the food is worthy of 5 stars the limited payment option let’s them down a bit.

Had a home delivery last night. The staff were friendly & efficient. Very quick service & the food was delicious & very hot. The tempura prawns were fabulous. Would definitely recommend H2O.

Both myself and my family have used H20 for several years now, and the service and food are both fantastic, in the several years that I have been ordering food from this establishment it has always arrived on time and to be honest the delivery service is extremely fast.

Very, very good. Professional, quick and tasty. Definitely recommend. I was worried it wouldn't be hot because it was waiting on the desk when I arrived but it was fine and very well presented with lots of fresh tasting vegetables.

Absolutely brilliant. I stayed at Parade Mansions directly above H2) for about an year when I was in the UK. Their Japanese food is absolutely brilliant. I was a big fan of Chicken Teriyaki on rice and my 5 dinners out of 7 in a week used to be a takeaway of Chicken Teriyaki on rice. It is run by a very nice couple. I am back to India now and miss H2o very much. If I had the money I would have visited UK to have Chicken Teriyaki on rice once more. I believe they could do with some proper management of the restaurant as I think they have not exploited even 10% of their potential.

Quality of the food is great, with plenty of choice. I always get my take away from there. I did think that eating in the restaurant was not good, food did not taste as good and service was a little bit poor. I will give it a go again though. The other dissapointing thing is they don't take cards or cheques with delivery, which is really poor of your desperate for food and have no cash. Not everyone has lots of cash on them.
