This is ment to be a caramel crème ice drink.. utterly disgusted the presentation and taste I asked for sauce on it ! Very disappointed I won’t be ordering from here again my son has the strawberry milkshake it was like water! They put so much oat milk in there it was not a milkshake at all! Very upset

Caffe Nero decor is what does it for me - just more character than its equivalents and a nice seat with a plug point - the app is a good one too and getting the free coffee stamps electronically is much better than having one of those stupid paper cards in my wallet which I keep losing... Went in to disabled toilet, Gentlemen such as myself have to lift the seat when urinating. The seat would not stay up and was biased down. That is a nuisance and reflects the poor standard of installation.. I hope it can be rectified
