Really excellent food at sensible prices. The peppercorn sauce in particular was outrageously good. Caters really well and clearly for dietary requirements. Service tailed off slightly but we were eating towards the end of service, and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Visited with friends on a busy Saturday evening. Really lovely atmosphere; staff were great and the food was fabulous - mushroom brioche a highlight for me! Great wine list - house rose was yum; a fruity Provence in style but without the price tag! Will definitely be back.

Nice option in West Wittering, mainly for those driving and may struggle to find a place to have food and park. Food could be better. Inside the building, you will find the restaurant which offers normal pub food and it was ok. Outside in the garden, you only have very simple options such as pizza a d that was disappointing. Not sure why they can't have more options leveraging the kitchen from the restaurant.

Good food. Nice pub. Slow service, but there was only a couple of staff - so completely understandable. Small menu but all good we had tasted good and portion sizes were good too.

Lovely little pub. Sat outside and ordered pizza, nachos and drinks from the outside hut. Great food and decent prices. Only one young lad in the outside area, taking orders then making the food, so service was a bit slow but not his fault. Would happily return.

Plenty of walking along the beach, also visit chichester harbour, free parking. West Wittering car park is overpriced and threatening ie number plate recognision. We parked at East Wittering and walked to West Wittering. Caught bus back.

Arguably one of the best gastro pubs in the South West. This is what Wittering has been missing for such a long and definitely a place me and my family will be returning too. The food, drink and atmosphere are all on point and something which has been carefully considered. This is not by chance and 100% down to the new landlords/management. From the looks of it, the menu is refreshed on a regular basis but if the Yorkshire pudding with Taramasalata is on I’d highly recommend. Kid menu, beer garden and super friendly staff to boot 😀 🍺 🍷 ☀️

The Wittering gastro pub experience is incredible. The welcome was friendly and they could not do enough to make us feel very welcome. With a young family we rarely get a night out, so they are precious.
The atmosphere was beach cool meets relaxed class! Loved it! They had tables of families, older couples and all were having a great Friday evening.
The highlight was definitely the food! Hubby had the beef cheek, melt in the mouth. I had the pork which was just stunning with gorgeous spring veg. The lemon meringue pudding was the best to finish. We shall be back with the family for a lunch!
