Miss this Fish and Chip shop so much since moving away from the area its the best fish and chips in Southend I have been coming here as a small child with my parents. grandparents. since the 70s .and now with my hubby and grown up children.will deff be visiting you very soon to get our fix of your amazing food...:) :) Well done OLDHAMS your the best!!!!!!

Lovely Fish and Chips not greasy but white beautiful tasting cod, chips lovely not greasy and a salad garnish that is fresh n crispy add to that friendly staff I woud highly recommend this been going here for a few years now and the standard is always very high

Very good fish and chips. They know how to get it right. Lovely people, always smiling and kind. They also have a lovely roast chicken which is a gluten free option.

It's always a great plate of food. Friendly service in an old-fashioned way. Monday is currently buy 1 get 1 free after 5pm.

Really tasty Fish and Chips and with offers available you can still eat out for a good price. Oldhams have a number of good options for meal deals, I took advantage of their £11.00 deal (24/10/22) and really enjoyed my meal. Parking is very difficult in the area, so expect a few minutes searching the area.

Superb fish & chip restaurant! I have been enjoying The Oldhams family's food for more than 50 years. Consistent excellent quality, friendly staff, and great service. It's no wonder they are fish and chip legends! You won't be disappointed! Ps,Excellent free-range pork sausages.

I've been eating there for the last 3 generations of Oldhams; quality family restaurant. Hired the upstairs for mum's 90th, they catered for us really well.

Absolutelyyyyy recommended for a great fish and chips spot in Southend. The fish and chips weren’t completely fresh, and the fish was slightly bland, but the scampi was freshly fried and extremely tasty. Very much recommended! There’s also parking around the shop on the side roads, so it’s very convenient

Cod a chips with salad x 3, 1 x quid rings everyone truly enjoyed the whole experience food, service and value 4 money. Unfortunately we' were so hungry we only remembered we hadn't taken any pictures after the empy plates were collected. If you in the area this is a place you need to visit.

This is the BEST fish and chips in the area. I live in Southend and I would drive to westcliff past probably 10-15 other fish shops just to come here. Unfortunately I haven’t been in a while but I can’t wait to come back. The bbq chicken is my favourite. These guys are so welcoming and they remember your order every time you come
