Always a fabulous place to eat. The kosher style food (all home made) as well as the traditional seaside cafe food is always excellent, whether going for breakfast, lunch or (when open) an evening meal. The service is always attentive and with a smile. You have a wonderful view across the Estuary too while enjoying your meal or just a hot drink. Provided you don’t mind the minimum two hour parking fee (almost £3) there is usually plenty of public parking along the Esplanade unless you are lucky enough to get a free spot in the limited spaces immediately in front of the other cafes.

The salt beef sandwich really hits the spot. Moist, tasty and tender. Really good flavours. Highly recommended. I've tried ones in Leicester Square and Selfridges and they are not anywhere as tasty. Chicken soup was fine. Not nearly as deep and rich in flavour as it can be but better than what you'd get from a supermarket. Would have liked the Matzo balls to have a bit more flavour. Definitely can't get enough of their salt beef sandwich. The potato latkes are made nice and fresh as well. Get that as a side to your sandwich and you have a very happy tummy.

Dogs welcome! But also must add, the food is great, the quality of the ingredients is high and cooked well. Service is friendly and quick, welcoming all families or those wanting a drink and a break.

I thought the reviews I had read were too good to be true, but after visiting it was outstanding. Staff A1 and food A1
