Starbucks

There is a lovely young lady that works here called Rebecca. I buy a coffee from her most mornings and she always has such a smile and a welcoming greeting that it starts my generally dreary day in just the right way. I don't know if this is the result of Starbucks training or her own initiative but thank you Rebecca and Starbucks.

I drive 14 miles to go to Westhill Starbucks snd that's despite living 2 minutes drive to Wellington Circle, that place is disgraceful; quality is terrible and staff are ignorant and the only reason they get more custom than Westhill has everything to do with them being fortunate where they're situated. Staff at Westhill are very friendly, quality is superb, night and day compared to Wellington Circle. Westhill staff are always friendly and helpful. They make me feel like a valued customer, and if they've ever thought it strange that I drive 14 miles avoiding a DT that's on my doorstep, sometimes twice in one day, they've never shown it :)
