I want to say a massive thank you to Ross who works here. I came in a couple of weeks ago and my anxiety got the better of me, Ross was great with me and told me not rush to get my order out. He made me feel at ease and even tho I felt really stupid and spoke a load of random stuff he was really patient with me. I went back in today and got served by him again and he was still great. Really friendly, having a laugh with both the customers and the staff, and made me feel welcome. He double-checked with me to make sure that I had ordered everything which gave me a chance to remember that I needed to order drinks as well. Thank you so much Ross your a credit to Subway
Food is always good here , regent Street Weston super mare, service is good BUT in my last visit I popped in on my limited lunch break , I had to wait for them to do an Uber order, even though there was no driver there and I'm there waiting. I would have thought you serve those in front of you first . Never the less the sandwich is awesome 😎 love subway 😁

Worst of all the Equality Act 2010 was breached in my opinion as their is no wheel chair ramp and my friend was unable to come into the store which made him feel excluded and guilty as we had planned to sit in and due to inability to get in we couldn't do so.
He felt like be had been discriminated against.
However Subway as a company do not provide a fund to their Franchises or Franchisees.
We are frequent visitors to Subway but after todays experience I now know I can't take my immobile group of friends to Subway which is shameful.
I just want to say how great the staff are here.
They work under immense pressure dealing with in-store customers and the rising demand of take-away customers.
They're always pleasant and polite despite working in crazy heat because the owners are too tight to put the Aircon on.
Yes it can be a little untidy at times but I completely get the pressure these guys are working in and doing so with a smile on their faces.

Went to Subway and was served by Ross. He went above and beyond to ensure that there was no cross food contamination at all whatsoever to ensure I had an enjoyable meal! He even went out the back to get me fresh hashbrowns straight from the oven! 😊
Good price for sub and a drink. I like getting a coffee break here too as it is very well priced and I like places that give a loyalty card. Where else can you get 3 large cookies for £1.20!!
This Subway is the best one I have been in, lovely friendly staff, very efficient service, great food, I will definitely be back again :)
Never had a problem. The wait is usually not long and the food is always great and the breakfast is a plus.
