Crispy batter, delicious chips and quality fish. The desserts were also very tasty! Good value for money. Very nice restaurant with great service.

Busy shop serving tasty fish n chips ! Well worth to wait a while . Friendly and welcoming staff 😁we bought takeaway - 3 fish n chip and 1 special haddock , amazing ! Fish are fresh with crispy overcoat! Chips are perfect and temperature are just right! Will have it again next week !

A very busy Fish & Chip Shop.... Well worth a visit. We bought takeaway and sat at the side of the River... Yes there is a restaurant which also had a queue to get in. Highly recommended, well worth the visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our fish and chips.

We called in yesterday (Saturday) on the way home from Harrogate. The food was lovely & hot, we didn't have to wait for the food to come to our table either. Nice, friendly staff, very clean surroundings. Thank you Wetherby Whaler.

Lovely fish and chip shop with a great restaurant upstairs to boot. There was a queue to get in and you had to wait on the staircase but it was the busiest bit of lunch. Once seated we were served quickly and the food came quickly too. All in I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a classic fish and chips.

I called off here on the way to my mum and dad‘s house. The portions are unbelievably brilliant and the food itself is unbelievably tasty. The staff are friendly and everyone that was in there was chatty all in all and absolutely brilliant service.

Is this the best fish and chip restraunts in Yorkshire?? It's definitely up there.
Fish is amazing with alight crispy batter, with crisp chips that taste of potatoes with curry sauce, and cup of tea! Champion!
Service is great.
Restraunts spotlessly clean and really high end.
Meal for 2 with deserts £40. Great value.
