We had our daughters baptism celebration here last weekend and we were so pleased with how everything turned out. When making the arrangements the manager and chef were so accommodating and flexible meeting with us a number of times when we called in to make sure everything was in place. On the day everybody commented on how fantastic the buffet food was and whatever we asked for was no problem at all. The bar staff have always been really polite and helpful too, food always fantastic when we have eaten here and great gin cocktails too!! Thanks guys, we will be back again!
Great place for a decent pint. They also have a smashing selection of gins. Staff very informative and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. New wood burning stove is a great asset. The outdoor area will be coming into its own shortly, with the weather picking up.
A great lunch. Children's food was well made and generously portioned - clearly not just an afterthought. Traditional pub food and some very exciting sounding extras.
Pie month 3rd march to 31st free Timothy Taylor pint with any pie ,we had braised brisket full of meat and slow cooked belly pork, excellent will come again, great music and atmosphere
Good food, nice staff, entertaining quiz host on Wednesday quiz night (sorry Rich, I don't use TripAdvisor!) Lovely old building too! The "visiting" beers are always an interesting variety & my husband enjoys trying them.
Lovely establishment, and the roast was excellent, if a tad salty.
Great selection of beer, nice location.
Great outside space on a warm day, and dog friendly, didn't eat but food looked good and service was quick.
A friendly reception both outside and in ... We were there twice, once for drinks and again inside for Sunday Roast. Very nice people, excellent value for money, good food as expected, clean and well run. Try this place when things return to normal,
Fantastic selection of drinks. Nice place. Beer garden, well more a patio, is lovely in the sun.
Nice pub with good old pub grub. Friendly and attentive staff. Def worth a visit - family friendly
Top place to eat in Wetherby now. The nachos were fresh & crisp with generous amounts of cheese, guacamole, salsa & sour cream. Fresh soup of the day was butternut squash & lentil. Amazing!
Had beer battered fish & chips with garden peas, home made tarter sauce & curry sauce. Absolutely Superb presentation on everything, chips were home cut with skin on,lovely sized portions.
Other meal was game sausages & mash with fresh veg, there was nothing ordinary about the presentation and quality of this ordinary sounding dish. 👌
For a pleasant change everything was perfect. Even 1 pot of tea each for two whereas other places give 1 pot between 2 & have to ask for hot water.
Well done all at the Mews. We'll look to booking Christmas Dinner next year with you if this is your standards. Keep up the good work & very Merry 🎄 Christmas to you all 🤗
Great location, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic team of staff, in a bar that oozes charm.
