Popped in on a rainy Wednesday for lunch. Surprisingly busy and warm atmosphere (had the fire on) with great friendly service from Ollie. Had the Dirty burger and a chicken starter. Really good flavour and quality ingredients. Nice little walk from Walton along the river to a great spot. Will come again

Good food, slightly muddled arrival when it came to ordering food with the waitress (we were given the wrong menus/ had to check and recheck re allergies). Food came quickly and was good quality and the menu was nice and varied. Management welcome and check in during meal was a lovely touch, very friendly. Bit lacklustre in terms of atmosphere we felt and outside felt a bit scruffy, but we would go there again if in the area.

We had a wonderful evening at The Minnow. We had a table for 8 with the dinner and drinks on Saturday night. The restaurant was full and it was busy. However, the service was good and I even was treated with the cocktail which is not on the cocktail list. The food was delicious, especially roasted scallops with risotto from the Starters is very good. The staff and the manager were all very attentive, friendly and professional. Thank you very much!
