Lovely Sunday lunch at The Waverly. It's the first time visiting and won't be the last. The place has a great intimate atmosphere and the staff were excellent. My only note is that my crumble had more crumble..... otherwise an excellent meal. I will be back to try the mains from the normal dining menu next time.
Once a year I do a sampling of hot chocolate at Garsons Farm Shop and I stay in an Airbnb next to this lovely Gastro pub. This year I had the wagyu burger and it was absolutely fantastic. I've eaten hundreds if not thousands of burgers in my life and this is in the top 5 ... EPIC

The food, wine, atmosphere and service were exceptional here. If you get the chance to go make sure you pay attention to the Butchers board. We tried the smoked sirloin and it was out of this world, one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. 10/10, will be taking Mother for Mother’s Day!
