Fish 'n' Fritz

Hands down best fish and chips we’ve had so far in the UK! So delicious and very generous portion sizes. We ordered the small and it was bigger than most places large! The curry sauce is to die for 😂 the place is very relaxed with a great atmosphere, and the service was great! Highly recommend having fish and chips here if you’re in Weymouth!

Amazing fish and chips here. Definitely deserve the awards. Customer service fantastic. We shared the large cod between two and the kids shared nuggets between two and the lovely man serving divided them into separate boxes for us making it super easy for us to wander down to the harbour and all have our own meals. Definitely will be back!

3rd time we've been to Fish N Fritz. We always come here and recommend here whenever we or others visit Weymouth. Most places can be greasy and fatty, but the chips and fish here are beautiful. The large cod was absolutely huge, but perfectly cooked, flakey ans crispy! Everybody else enjoyed their food too. Waitresses were attentive and happy to help. No one looked miserable which is always an added bonus. The only downside, and this is nothing against them. Was we had a rather annoying child there when we were eating. She kept running around, coming up to tables and staring at people eat. Another table behind was mouthing words about it too! Apart from that, which, like I said, had nothing to do with them, it was PERFECT.

Wonderful place that I really enjoyed, and the kids loved it too. The fish and chips themselves were great, however I was a little disappointed by the salmon fish cakes, so I would recommend sticking with what it’s famous for. We were really impressed with the size of the fish and chips though, very large portions, even the kids portion was probably enough for an adult and the large fish portions were huge, definitely getting value for your money there

The award winning fish & chips at this place lived up to the billing. The fish was deliciously crispy & soft at the same time. The chips were a delight. The service was impeccable. Possibly the best fish & chips in Weymouth. Maybe not, as I’ve not tried any of the others. Check it out if you’re in Weymouth.

Excellent gluten free fish and chips. We ordered the small and it was really big! The batter was delicious, not greasy at all and crispy without being too thick. The fish was very fresh and moist and just flaked apart, steaming hot. The chips were yummy too ...thick, fluffy inside and crisp outside. £12.95 which was very reasonable in these difficult times for businesses re energy costs and we ate in. Then dining area is fresh, contemporary and comfy. Our two servers were young and both very polite and friendly. Really recommend this place!
