Hubby had large cod and chips, I had chicken bites and chips with mushy peas.. was busy when we went but the staff were very quick at cleaning the tables and getting people in so they didn't have to wait long.. food was fab.. just the right amount of chips, all fresh and hot.. not greasy like some chip shops.. hubby loved his fish.. just the right amount of batter.. only disappointment was they forgot the dip for my chicken bites but I enjoyed them just the same! Would definitely come again if we're ever in Weymouth again!

Always a yummy delight! If the que is out the door up the road or just in the doorway, make sure you stop because you'll never be disappointed with the delicious chippys and fantastic friendly service.

An excellent family run chippy with a great menu with lots of options. The staff were fantastic and the food was really good. The kids menu has loads of options. Would absolutely recommend

Classical, traditional CHIPPY! 🐟🍟with cool, oldschool atmosphere, delicious, perfectly fried battered Cod with delicious Chips and not only that because not very common Mackerel along with Crab Cakes available here as well! 👍

American visiting from Seattle WA. I spent the first several days of my British aisles cruise looking for the perfect fish and chips. They weren’t on my ship, weren’t in South Hampton, I found them in Weymouth at Marlboro. Recommended by a local shop owner as their favorite authentic Fish and Chips. The portions are ridiculous and their Mashy peas have now cemented the British side dish as a part of my
Life going forward! Fast service and an impeccable staff! Should fortune bring me back to Weymouth Marlboro is my stop for legit Fish and Chips! Being located near the charming draw bridge in town is a bonus for Barbour side views!

This is the second time I've visited here. Its a nice friendly chip shop with good service. Prepare to queue if you aren't there when they open though... This time we arrived at opening time and had no wait time at all. Fish was nice, batter crispy and chips were good. Is it the best Chippie I've ever been to? Probably not, but I'd come back if I was in town again. Kids portions are very big - possibly too big tbh - I'd prefer to pay less for a smaller portion as a meal for 2 adults and 2 kids quickly adds up to the £50+ price tag

My wife and I visited on holiday yesterday (Thursday) great fish, chips and mushy peas; quick service; friendly and welcoming staff; great prices. Highly recommended. We had child's portions which were lovely. We’ll certainly return when we’re in Weymouth. Richard & Dee From South Hampshire.
