The menu has enough meals on it to satisfy each person's requirements while not being too bulky to confuse anyone with too many choices . The prices were decent, the presentation of the food was done well, and the meals - from breakfast to dessert - were delicious. I enjoyed the portions of each meal as they were cooked well and kept us satisfied.
We were greeted by a member of staff upon entry to the restaurant who guided us to our table. The staff were quick to take our orders once we were settled and were cordial as they served us, checking in at least once to find out how we were doing. The tables were cleared and cleaned after people had their meals.
The restaurant is large enough to accommodate multiple people at a time without making it crowded and causing people to bump into each other. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the restaurant during the day and the lighting at night is sufficient for one to feel comfortable. Music playing over the speakers is not too loud, allowing for others to have their conversations. The images on the walls of the different animals contain puns which I found delightful, and the paint is a neutral colour, inviting one to enjoy their meal in peace.
I had a lovely meal here recently. I was served by waitress Megan who greeted us with a smile. She was super friendly and informative when it came to my dietary needs (veggie). The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Although it was busy, the food came in a timely manner and was hot and tasty. I was too full for pudding but my boyfriend throughly enjoyed the triple chocolate brownie with ice cream! Will definitely be returning next time I’m in Weymouth!
Me and my partner recently came to beefeater in Weymouth. We were immediately surprised with how friendly everyone was.
Our server was Megan. She was absolutely wonderful and attentive to our needs. I’m lactose intolerant which sometimes seems to bother servers at restaurants, but with Megan, she ensured my needs were catered too. Megan ensured to check up on us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy with everything which was amazing.
The food was quick and tasted amazing. Perfect temperature when it arrived and nothing was wrong with our orders. Everything was a fair price and overall we had a lovely experience. Would definitely return again.
